Prices

The prices shown include VAT and are subject to change without prior notice. The price does not include delivery.

Availability

In the unlikely event that the goods are unavailable, an email will be sent to the customer detailing that an alternative is available or it will be ordered in. Alternatively a refund for the item may be chosen.

Delivery

Delivery will be made within 7 working days of your order being placed.

Free delivery

If you qualify for free delivery a minimum order of £20 must be made, or you will be charged a delivery fee of £3.99

Balloon in a box

Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, as goods are perishable. Balloon Dreams reserve the right to replace any balloon with another with the same or greater value. The chosen occasion will stay the same. All balloon in a box are sent using Royal Mail next day guaranteed delivery service.

Refunds

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us unopened and with all packaging intact. Once the goods have been checked we will issue you a refund minus postage fees.
If an item is faulty send the item back to us using the cheapest method possible and on checking the item we will issue a full refund including the postage charge.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order you must ring 0845 094 8939 as soon as possible. Cancelled orders before dispatch will not incur a cancellation fee, but cancelled orders after dispatch will incur a re-stocking fee of 20% of your total order. Cancelled orders will only be accepted back if you have contacted Balloon Dreams giving your reason for cancellation. They must be returned with all seals including the packing box unopened and sent back at your expense.
